- Underlying above-market growth (30% p.a.+) at scale.
- Value upside from lower entry multiples, as increasing supply of shares causes deep secondary discounts to intrinsic values.
Faster Liquidity
- Focus on companies with credible paths to liquidity within 2-3 years - IPO, strategic sale or sufficient secondary market liquidity.
- Shorter time to exits results in higher IRRs for investors.
